Tabbi Trainers offers a one day Food Safety Certification Program in the North Eastern Massachusetts.
The course taught is the Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) Program. The CPFM exam is recognized nationwide and is taken by several thousand candidates every month. This course is appropriate for everyone who works as a site supervisor, manager or first line supervisor in establishments that prepare and serve food. The main purpose of this course is to protect the health of the consumer.

Management & Personnel: Food Hazards, Foodborne Illness and Employee Health.
Food: Potentially Hazardous Foods, Food Processing And Receiving Standards.
Equipment & Utensils: Construction and Repair of Utensils, Cleaning and Sanitizing, Pest Control, Facilities and Water Supply.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP): The Seven Principles of HACCP.
The Food Safety Program satisfies the State of Massachusetts requirements for Sanitary Code and the code of the local Health Departments.
In State, Tabbi Trainers offers the Nationally Acceptable Experior Certification Program.
The training offered in this comprehensive program which was developed for food managers, provides all information needed to successfully complete the CPFM examination. After this course you will be committed to help support product safety and wholesome food.
